Limited Editions for Distinctive Producers

We cultivate the stories behind the world's most distinctive makers.

Curated & Reserved is a marketing house that builds limited editions for distinctive food and apothecary producers. We tell the story through filmed and live engagements, sell to a cultivated audience, and develop brands with a known following and real leverage.

How it works

A twelve-month engagement, in three phases.

01

Foundation. (Eight weeks.)

We build the brand world around your reserve product. The cinematic film is shot on location at the farm, distillery, or studio. The story is written. The conversion path is prepared on our platform. By week eight, every asset for the first release is in place and the audience is being warmed.

02

Volumes. (Four to five per year.)

Each Volume is a single release of a reserve product, told in full. The film, the imagery, the story, the limited drop. Sold first to our subscriber list, then briefly to the public. Each release builds the next, and the body of work compounds across the engagement.

03

Outcomes. (Year one and beyond.)

By month twelve, you have a permanent body of brand assets you own, a meaningfully larger direct audience, demonstrated cultural relevance, and a more confident position with every wholesale buyer you negotiate with. The Volumes archive as part of your brand's permanent record.

Services

Three ways to work together.

For distinctive food and apothecary producers ready to become brands the right people know by name. Each engagement begins with foundation work, then builds across a defined number of Volumes. The frame below is the starting point; the specifics are designed in conversation with the founder.

Engagement One

Single Volume.

One release, told properly.

  • Eight weeks of foundation work
  • Cinematic origin film, on location with the maker
  • Still photography and supporting brand assets
  • Long-form story, written for our audience
  • Volume sold through our platform during a defined drop window
  • Permanent archive of the work, owned by the producer
  • Direct work with the founder of Curated & Reserved

Engagement Three

A maker's full chapter with us.

  • Everything in the Full Year engagement
  • Multiple in-person events and curated experiences
  • Dedicated cultural and editorial campaign around the maker
  • Wholesale acceleration support with named retail partners
  • A seat in the producer cohort that shapes the work
  • Bespoke storytelling work outside the Volume cadence
  • Reserved for a small number of makers each year
Year-plus engagement
By invitation and conversation

Engagements begin in conversation. We're selective about who we take on, and we believe the makers we work with should be selective about us too.

What's in a Volume

A single release, told in full.

A Volume is one reserve product from one maker, released through our platform during a defined drop window. Each Volume includes a cinematic origin film shot on location, a body of still photography, a long-form story, and a sold-through release event that builds the producer's direct audience.

After the drop closes, the Volume becomes a permanent piece of the producer's brand archive — a body of work that lives on long after the inventory sells out, and that the maker owns outright. Each Volume builds the next, and a year of Volumes becomes a meaningfully different brand.

8 weeks Foundation work before each release
15K–50K New engaged audience per Volume
48–72 hrs The drop window, before sellout

About

Working with founders and small brands since 2012.

We've spent more than a decade alongside the people who make the things we believe in: founders, family producers, makers operating at human scale. The work has always been the same, finding distinctive brands worth knowing and bringing them, with care, to the audiences who deserve them.

Curated & Reserved is the formalisation of that work, built around a simple thesis: the most interesting brands of the next decade will not be the loudest, but the ones told properly to the right audiences.

The house is led by Christina Rossell. She received her MBA in France, splits her time between Los Angeles and Europe, and has spent her career bringing distinctive makers to the audiences who deserve them.

A note from the founder

The makers we work with already make something extraordinary. Our job is to make sure the right people find it, and that the brand grows without losing what made it worth finding in the first place.
